Robert E. Weiser

DOVER- Robert E. Weiser, 50, died Thursday, May 17, 2007 at his residence in Newberry Twp. A Viewing will be held 6- 8 p.m., Tuesday, May 22, 2007, at Beaver Urich Funeral Home, Inc., 305 W. Front St., Lewisberry. Burial will be held 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 23, 2007 in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Born November 2, 1956, in Lewisberry, he was a son of Mary (Lehman) and the late Richard C. Weiser, Sr. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Weiser was employed by the New Cumberland Army Depot as a Maintenance Mechanic for 26 years. Most recently, he held a position with Tri- County Memorial Gardens as a Groundskeeper. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, and both fresh water and deep-sea fishing. Mr. Weiser was a member of the American Legion Post # 937 and the Fireman's Club of Goldsboro. He is survived by a daughter, Shana E. Weiser of Dover; a son, Jesse R. Weiser of Dover; three brothers, Richard Weiser, James Weiser, and William Weiser.
