Robert E. Heverly

Robert E. Heverly, age 80, of 1300 Double Springs Rd. Townville SC passed away peacefully on October 18, 2010, at home. Born in Monument Pa, March 28, 1930, he was the son of Emily and Joseph Heverly. He taught mathematics and retired from Mansfield University in 1987. Survivors include wife of 52 years, L. Marie, daughters April (James) Bradley, of Mansfield Pa, Amy Heverly of Townville, SC, Jill (Daniel) Ward of Montgomery Pa, seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and sister June (Joseph) Nevins of Lock Haven Pa. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son Joseph, daughter Jane Ellen, great-granddaughter Aliyah Evano, brother Paul Heverly, sisters Lucille Shearer and Janice Kelly. The funeral service will be held Sunday, October 24, 2010 at 7:00 pm at Helt Funeral Chapel, Mill Hall. Visitation will be from 6pm to 7pm. Memorials may be made to the charity of ones choice. Interment will be at Blanchard Cemetery. Special thanks to Interim Hospice, especially Connie and Alan, who gave us extraordinary love and support. Memorials: Charity of your choice.
