Richard L. Loss

RED LION—Richard L. Loss, 64, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Manor Care Health Services-North. A Celebration of Life Tribute will be private at the convenience of the family. Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born September 15, 1956 in York, he was a son of Betty J. (Erdley) Loss of Red Lion and the late Charles Loss, Jr. He was a dedicated employee with Gichner Shelter Systems for 41 years until his retirement. Richard had a great life, his biggest love and achievement were his kids, Trish and Dan and all his wonderful grand kids. He was also extremely proud of his trumpet playing and cherished his time playing in the bands Full Tilt, Top Shelf and Bad Boys of Brass. Richard is also survived by his children, Daniel Loss and Trish Osman; six grandchildren and his brother, David A. Loss.
