Rheda S. Mccoy

WARRENTON, VA- Rheda S. (Berkheimer) McCoy, 85, died Saturday, September 1, 2007 at Oak Springs Comprehensive Health Center in Warrenton, VA. She was the wife of the late Charles H. McCoy. A Graveside Service will be 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Canadochly Cemetery, 4845 East Prospect Rd. in York. The Reverend William Baral will be officiating at the service. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. McCoy was born in York on August 31, 1922, a daughter of the late Harry C. and Sue E. (Murphy) Berkheimer. She retired in 1972 from York Carmel Company. She was a member of Canadochly Evangelical and Reformed Church, 4845 E. Prospect Rd. in York. She previously resided in Yorkanna and spent four years at Country Meadows in York before moving to Virginia. Mrs. McCoy leaves a son, Nelson C. McCoy of Flint Hill, VA and a sister, Elva H.
