R. Jeffrey Leiphart

Wernersville—R. Jeffrey Leiphart, 62, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Wernersville State Hospital of natural causes. A Celebration of Life Service will be 10AM, Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion with the Rev. Beth Schlegel officiating. A viewing will be held from 9-10AM, Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Born August 29, 1954 in York, he was a son of Robert E. and S. Jean (Straub) Leiphart of Red Lion. He was a 1973 graduate of Red Lion High School. In addition to his parents, Jeff is survived by two brothers, David E. Leiphart of Windsor and Brian K. Leiphart and his wife, Karen of Red Lion and numerous nieces and nephews. Casual dress is permitted at Jeff’s Celebration of Life.
