Phyllis L. Soellner

Phyllis L. Soellner Phyllis L. (Mohl) Soellner, 77 of Pottsville, died early Wednesday morning at the Lehigh Valley Medical Center, Salisbury Township. Born in Pottsville, January 29, 1930, the daughter of the late John and Lorraine (Stoudt) Mohl. She graduated from Pottsville High School. Mrs. Soellner worked for the former Pottsville Van Heusen, and Pottsville/Pine Shirt Factory, Pottsville. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, a former Sunday school teacher, SCOOP and an honorary life member of the Mount Hope PTA. Mrs. Soellner is preceded in death by a granddaughter Brittany Lynne Wrigley, two sisters Jacqueline Mohl and Shirley May Berkheiser. Surviving is her husband George "Skinny" Soellner to whom she was married to fro 50 years last September. Three daughters Delsa L., wife of Mark Wrigley, Kirkwood, PA; Darlene, wife of Tom Kolar, Settle, WA; Denise, wife of Douglas Mullin, Pottsville, a son George V. Soellner, and his partner Gloria Foster, Pottsville, a sister Audrey Wertz, Tremont, PA; 5 brothers John "Buck" husband of Mae Mohl, Martin "Marty" husband of, Patti; Richard "Rick" husband of Donna Mohl, Curtis "Curt" husband of Gloria Mohl all of Pottsville, Dennis "Dan" husband of Diane Mohl, Minersville, PA , and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, at 2:00 P.M. at the Schlitzer-Allen-Pugh Funeral Home, Inc. Friends may call at the Funeral Home Friday evening from 6:30 P.M. till 8:30 P.M. and on Saturday from 1:00 P.M. till time of service. Interment will be at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven, PA. The Family would prefer remembrances to be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church, Third & West Arch Streets, Pottsville, PA 17901.
