Phyllis E. (Plunkett) Zumbrum Gracey

SPRING GROVE- Phyllis E. (Plunkett) Zumbrum Gracey, 80, passed away on Friday, March 09, 2012 at Manor Care North. She was the wife of the late Eugene C. Gracey, who passed away on November 20, 2001 and the wife of the late Dale R. Zumbrum, who passed away on October 29, 1960 A celebration of life service will be 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York, PA 17408 with the Reverend Dee Cashman officiating. Viewings will be from 6-8 p.m. on Monday and 1-2 p.m. on Tuesday, both at the funeral home. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Born on February 10, 1932, she was a daughter of the late James C. and Marion E. (Smith) Plunkett. Phyllis worked as a finisher for Pfaltzgraff Co. until her retirement in 1989. Mrs. Zumbrum Gracey was a member of York Christian Fellowship Church. Mrs. Zumbrum Gracey is survived by three daughters, Gale (Zumbrum) Cox and her husband, Morris of Spring Grove, Donna (Zumbrum) Stough and her husband, Robert of Red Lion and RaeJean (Gracey) Rayner and her husband, Eduardo of York; three grandchildren, Mark Cox, Brian Cox and Kayla Stough; six great grandchildren; and a brother, Robert Plunkett of Lake Wales , FL. She was preceded in death by 14 siblings.
