Phyllis A. (Ours) Lamb

SPRINGETTSBURY TOWNSHIP- Phyllis A. (Ours) Lamb, 79, of York, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2009 at Manor Care Health Services South in York. She was the wife of B. E. "Bev" Lamb. The couple celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary on May 18, 2008. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements. Services will be held privately for the family. Mrs. Lamb was born in Parsons, WV on March 29, 1930, a daughter of the late Elmer E. and Fleta (Weaver) Ours. Mrs. Lamb formerly attended Eastminster Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Lamb leaves three daughters, Lisa P. Brumback and her husband Tom of Alleman, Iowa, Lindy S. Kuhn of York, and Lexy B. Bardolf and her husband Russ of York; six grandchildren, Kellan (Brumback) Longenecker, Lindsey Brumback, and Trey Brumback, all of Iowa, and Stephen Kuhn, Brianne Kuhn, and Ally Jermyn, all of York. A brother, Elmer E. Ours and two sisters, Dorothy Cross and Ruth Ours had preceded her in death.
