FAWN TOWNSHIP- Peggy Ann (Thomas) Wales, 65, of Fawn Twp., died, Sunday, February 18, 2007 at Manor Care Health Services- South. A Celebration of Life Service will be 5 p.m. on Wednesday at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, with a visitation from 4-5 p.m. The Reverend James E. Ward will be officiating at the service. Mrs. Wales was born in York on July 12, 1941, a daughter of the late William H. and Mary M. (Drescher) Thomas. She was president/financial manager of Wales Excavating Company in Fawn Grove and worked for Fawn Grove Post Office, Memorial Hospital, and JC Penny in York. Mrs. Wales was a member of Faith Fellowship of York County, a life member and past Secretary of Citizens Volunteer Fire Company in Fawn Grove and was a past Ambulance Captain of the EMS Division. She was a 1959 graduate of Dallastown High School and a graduate of the LPN Program at York County Vo-Tech. She raised and Bred Newfoundland dogs, enjoyed drawing and artwork an enjoyed helping people. Mrs. Wales leaves a son, Bronley J. Wales of Fawn Grove and his wife Celeste, two daughters: Robin S. Wales of Fawn Grove and Kelly Wales McCauslin of Stewartstown and her husband Donald, four grandchildren: Jeremiah McCauslin, Brittany Mosebach and her husband Jonathan, Miranda L. Wales, and Kendall A. J. Wales, a brother, Bradley W. Thomas of York and his wife Kathy and nieces and nephews.
