SHREWSBURY - Pauline V. (Hamilton) Wagner, 82, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2008 at Manor Care - South. She was the wife of the late Thomas A. Miller and the late Clyde E. Wagner. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 11:30 AM Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at Winterstown United Methodist Church, 12184 Winterstown Road, Felton with her pastor, The Rev. Ronald S. French officiating. A viewing will be held from 10:30-11:30 AM Wednesday at the Church. Burial will be in Winterstown E.V. Cemetery. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born September 20, 1925 in Winterstown, a daughter of the late Frieda I. (Brenneman) Olewiler and the late Paul Hamilton, she was a 1944 graduate of Red Lion Area High School. Mrs. Wagner retired from York Bank and Trust in Shrewsbury in 1985 after 19 years of service. She was a member of Winterstown U.M. where she was active in the Women's Group and Sunday School; AARP in Jefferson and Springettsbury 3400; Western York Co. Democratic Club; Jefferson and Shrewsbury Fire Companies and Ladies Auxiliaries; Women of the Moose 694; and the Red Lion American Legion, Ladies Auxiliary. She also enjoyed playing the piano and spending time with her family. Mrs. Wagner is survived by two sons, Arthur T. and wife Karla Miller of Apollo, PA and Joseph L. and wife Cheri Miller of York; four grandchildren, Shane and wife Jillian Miller and Shannon and husband Brad Fields all of New Kensington, PA, William Miller and Brandon and wife Heather Miller all of York; six great grandchildren, Madeline and Mackenzie Miller, Austen Fields, and Alanna, Garrett, and Trevor Miller; three half brothers, Delmar and wife Marie Olewiler of Red Lion, Paul Hamilton, Jr. of Maytown, and William Hamilton of Millsboro, DE. She was preceded in death by a half brother, Barry Olewiler. Memorial contributions may be made to Winterstown U.M. Church, 12184 Winterstown Rd., Felton, PA 17322.
