Pauline K. Myers

Pauline K. Myers, 86, of Lock Haven passed away Thursday, August 17, 2017 at the Haven Skilled Rehabilitation and Nursing Home. She was the wife of Malcolm P. Myers. The couple were married on June 24, 1951 and shared 66 wonderful years of marriage together. Born October 3, 1930, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Edna E. (Fenstamaker) Keiffer. Pauline worked most of her life in various retail jobs before retiring in 1996 as a Custodian at Lock Haven University. She loved to bake, cook, and attend auctions where she would add to her extensive collection of dishes. In addition to her beloved husband, Pauline is survived by her son, Malcolm P. Myers, Jr. (Deb) of Lock Haven; one daughter, Amy E. Myers of Chambersburg; two grandchildren, Angie McGregor, and Malcolm J. Foster Myers; three great grandchildren, Samantha McGregor, Jacob Myers, and Calli McGregor; one brother, John J. Keiffer, Jr. (Mary Lou); one sister, Nancy C. Carpenter (Ira); and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Eleanor E. Crawford, and Dorthy G. Schrack. A visitation will be at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Helt Funeral Chapel, Inc., 232 Hogan Blvd., in Mill Hall. A Celebration of Life service will directly follow at 2:00 P.M. with The Reverend Don Chisholm officiating. Burial will directly follow at the Swissdale Cemetery, in Lock Haven. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church, 230 Siloam Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
