Pauline E. Hughes

FAWN GROVE- Pauline E. (Kressler) Hughes, 87, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2016 at her home. She was the wife of Robert W. Hughes to whom she was married for nearly 66 years. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born December 29, 1928 she was a daughter of the late Paul and Elba Mae (Jennings) Kressler. Pauline was a member of the Ladies Craft Group for over 40 years. In addition to her husband, Robert, Mrs. Hughes is survived by her daughters, Ann Sherron and husband Robert, Julie Miller and husband Edward, and Laurie Thompson and husband Jesse; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a sister, Sonya Ann Cole. She is preceded in death by her sister, Gloria Buzzard. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the "Cancer Patient Help Fund” at York Health Foundation, 50 N. Duke Street, 2nd Floor York, PA 17401.
