WINDSOR – Paul F. “Frank” Kiser, 70, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at his home. He was the husband of Laurice J. (Heindel) Kiser to whom he was married for 46 years. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, May 25, 2017 at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens with Pastor Donald K. Alspaugh officiating. Full military honors will be presented by York County Veterans Honor Guard and the Marine Corps League, First Capital Detachment. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 AM Thursday at the entrance of the cemetery. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born April 15, 1947 in Red Lion a son of the late Clovis and Geneva V. (Ryer) Kiser, he was a 1967 graduate of Red Lion Area High School. Mr. Kiser retired from General Dynamics Olin Corp. in Red Lion. Prior to that, he was a truck driver for Kline’s Quarry in Wrightsville. Mr. Kiser was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Dallastown and a life member of Marine Corps League, First Capital Detachment; Veterans of the Vietnam War Post 35; Yorkana Game and Gun Club; and the Early American Steam Engine & Old Equipment Society. He was a US Marine Corps Veteran of The Vietnam War. In addition to his wife, Mr. Kiser is survived by a brother, Dennis D. Kiser of Red Lion; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by four sisters, Orpha J. Delp, Vivian V. Warner, Mary P. Snyder, and Alice G. LeMaster.
