Paul E. Myers, Jr.

MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP- Paul E. Myers, Jr., 64, of York, died Monday, September 3, 2012 at Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Deborah S. (Sensheimer) Myers. The couple celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary on July 29th. A Memorial Service will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, September 7, 2012 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York, with a visitation from 5-6 p.m. Mr. Myers was born in Waynesboro, PA on June 25, 1948, son of the late Paul E. and Bernadine E. (Snowberger) Myers. He worked for Bechtel Corporation in Gaithersburg, MD, Fairchild-Hiller in Germantown, MD, Teledyne Landis Machine Company in Waynesboro, PA, United Defense in Spring Grove, and then worked part time at the Rutter’s Farm Store on North George Street and at Central York High School in the cafeteria. He was a 1967 graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior High School. Mr. Myers leaves two sons, David K. Myers and his companion Tammie Seiders of Hershey and Steven L. Myers and his wife Sandra of York; two brothers, Dennis Myers of Mercersburg and John Myers of Waynesboro; two sisters, Patricia Clark and Karen Hargrave, both of Waynesboro; and numerous nieces and nephews.
