Patricia J. (Baker) Kerstetter

LEWISBURG - Patricia J. "Pat" (Baker) Kerstetter, 64, died on Friday, July 31, 2009 at the Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg. Patricia was born on October 28, 1944 in Lewisburg and was the daughter of the late Melvin and Mahala (Minium) Baker. She was a graduate of the Lewisburg High School in 1962. In 1983, she married Gary L. Kerstetter and celebrated 25 years of marriage. She was a former employee of Goodwil's Restaurant and Engel's Greenhouse. She was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church, West Milton. In addition to her husband, she is survived by four daughters and two sons-in-law; Sondra J. Noll of Middleburg, Tonie M. and Kenneth Snook and Loretta L. and Garry Amsbaugh, all of Lewisburg and Marilyn S. Winders of West Milton, six grandchildren, four step sons; James D. "Jim" Kerstetter of Sunbury, William W. "Bill" Kerstetter of Mifflinburg, Roger S. Kerstetter of Middleburg and Timothy M. "Tim" Kerstetter of Mifflinburg, one step daughter; Lori L. Hess of Liverpool, twelve step grandchildren, ten step great-grandchildren, two brothers; Melvin Baker, Jr. of West Milton and Floyd Baker of New Columbia, and three sisters; Beatrice Rice of Lewisburg, Verdilla Heddings of West Milton and Pauline Hauck of Lewisburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers; Kenneth and Harold Baker and one sister; Cornelia Price. There will be a public viewing from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, August 2, 2009 at the Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front St., Milton and again from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday, August 3, 2009 with the funeral service beginning at 10 a.m. Pastor Dave McCarty will officiate the services. Burial will follow in Twin Churches Cemetery.
