Patricia (Galbraith) Brennan

YORK – Patricia (Galbraith) Brennan, 72, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2014 at her home. She was the wife of John T. Brennan with whom she was married for 46 years. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, February 28, 2014 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 950 W. Market Street, York with Rev. Thomas R. Hoke officiating. A visitation will be held from 7-9:00 PM Thursday at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York. Born January 15, 1942 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Harry and Edna (Cooper) Galbraith, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Flora Stone Mather College at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH in 1964 and received her Master of Science in Library Science from Case Western Reserve Univ. in 1968. Patricia was the Branch Librarian at Kreutz Creek Valley Library and later was a medical records technician at Cardiac Consultants in Lancaster. She enjoyed collecting dolls and was a voracious reader. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Brennan is survived by two daughters, Carol Brennan Baldan and husband John of New York, NY and Anne M.
