Patricia E. (Strickland) Cowl

TROY - Patricia E. (Strickland) Cowl, of John Street Troy, PA passed away Friday, September 17, 2010 at the Robert Packer Hospital. Patricia was born June 16, 1944 in Perkiomenville, PA daughter of the late George and Jane (Knenct) Strickland. She was married to Robert Cowl who survives. Pat was a member of the Troy American Legion Auxiliary and enjoyed music. Her other interests were fishing and was an accomplished hunter. Pat enjoyed spending as much time as she could with her family and adored all her grandchildren. Survivors include husband Robert Cowl of Troy, daughter Kathleen (Tower) Saxon of Troy, two step-daughters, Cynthia Cowl and Deborah Cowl, a brother and sister-in-law, James & Laurie Strickland of NY, three sisters, Jane Muscavage of WA, Susan & Richard Murphy of Plymouth, PA, Eileen Sitkowski of Tunkhannock, PA, six grandchildren, Ashlie (Zachary)Tower Yellenic, Sarrah (Anthony) Myers Bar, John Myers, Jr., Katie Saxon, Maggie Saxon, two step-grandchildren, Gary L Saxon II and Geoffrey Saxon, four great-grandchildren, Morrigan Yellenic, Macalyn Yellenic, Celly Saxon, Bryce Saxon, two step-great-grandchildren, Amir Hajri and Rania Hajri, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Pat was predeceased by her parents, son Steven Tower, daughter Eileen (Tower) Brown and brother, George Strickland. Funeral services are private and under the direction of the Gerald W.
