Patricia E. (Brumbaugh) Collare

Red Lion--Patricia E. (Brumbaugh) Collare, 84, passed away Friday, February 16, 2018 at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Samuel D. Collare. A Celebration of Life will be private at the convenience of the family. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born September 3, 1933 in Martinsburg, she was a daughter of the late Lester L. and Lorena I. (Smith) Brumbaugh. She was employed as an assistant supervisor of housekeeping for several years at Pleasant Acres Nursing Home until her retirement. She enjoyed cooking and being with her grandchildren. Mrs. Collare is survived by one son, Allen Collare and wife, Deborah; three daughters, Judith Rickabaugh and husband, James, Joyce Cooley and husband, Terry and Janis Eberly; 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; one brother, John; one sister, Doris and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 2 great grandchildren and 5 siblings. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607.
