Patricia A. (Welch) Wolfe

LISBURN- Patricia A. (Welch) Wolfe, 63, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family after losing a courageous 20 year battle with breast cancer. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Vance E. Wolfe, Sr. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at Beaver-Urich Funeral Home, Inc., 305 W. Front Street in Lewisberry. Viewings will be from 6-8 p.m. on Monday and 9-10 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral Home. Burial will be in Rolling Green Cemetery. Pat was born in Harrisburg on March 19, 1946, a daughter of the late George C. Welch and Step daughter of the late Corrine (Leach) Welch. Pat loved to cook, go camping, and go on motorcycle trips with her husband and friends. She enjoyed watching Penn State and NFL Football and NASCAR racing. She loved to be with friends including the girls she worked with. The most important thing in her life; however, was her family. She loved and nurtured her husband, children, and grandchildren. She never missed her grandchildren's sports games and was always their biggest fan. Pat was a longtime member of the Lisburn Volunteer Fire Company, was a faithful volunteer for the American Cancer Society and was involved with many fundraisers for Rite Aid Corporation, where she worked for 12 years. Her love for volunteering and endless giving was an inspiration to her family and all who knew her. Along with her husband, Pat leaves three daughters, Mary Anderson and her husband Bob of Etters, Diane Reeser and her husband Verdell, Jr. of York Haven, and Tammy Moll and her husband Sean of Etters; a step son, Vance E. Wolfe, Jr. and his wife Lisa of Harrisburg; a step daughter, Vickie Finney of Lykens, PA; 6 grandchildren who she loved and adored more than anything ; a brother, George Sheaffer and his wife Olga of Allentown; and a step sister, Mary Leach of Arizona.
