Patricia A. 'Patty' (Stuart) Rolley

WILLIAMSPORT - Patricia A. “Patty” (Stuart) Rolley, 67, died on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center. Patty was married on June 14, 1969 to Steven L. “Steve” Rolley, who survives, and they have celebrated 45 years as husband and wife. She was born on September 24, 1947 in Williamsport and was the daughter of the late Nathan W. and Jean O. (Otto) Stuart. She had graduated from Penn Hall Prep School, Chambersburg in 1966 and then attended Vernon Court Junior College, Newport, Rhode Island. Patty was a dedicated homemaker and mother as well as babysitting for others. She was raised Episcopalian and had attended St. Boniface Church with her family. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and Faxon Bowling League. She absolutely loved the outdoors and nature. To Patty, everything centered on her family and everyone else. The one word that describes her best is “selflessness”. In addition to her husband Steve, she is survived by one son and daughter-in-law; Christopher S. “Chris” and Tara Rolley of New York, one daughter and son-in-law; Laura M. and Brian Osenbach of Williamsport, two granddaughters; Alexis M. and Alana J. Osenbach, one brother; Charles B. Stuart of Linden and two sisters; Mary Louise Ewing of Bloomington, IN and Janice Kachoogian of Brick, NJ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers-in-law; Wayne V. Rolley and George Ewing. There will be a public viewing 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the Trinity Episcopal Church, 844 W. Fourth St., Williamsport, where the funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. with the Reverend Ken Wagner-Pizza officiating. Burial will follow in Wildwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 100 N. Academy Ave., Danville, PA, 17821. Arrangements are being handled by the Allen & Redmond Funeral Home, 331 Elmira St., Williamsport.
