WRIGHTSVILLE—Patricia A. (Bean) Christian, 77, passed away Tuesday June 7, 2022 at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Harlie Christian to whom she was married for 27 years. A Celebration of Life Tribute will be private at the convenience of the family. Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born December 19, 1944 in York, she was a daughter of the late Robert G. and Dorothy R. (Walters) Bean. She was employed for several years in the design application department at Pfaltzgraff. Patricia also worked as a seamstress and in sales with various local area businesses. She enjoyed gardening, loved her pets and was an avid watcher of old western movies. Mrs. Christian is survived by three siblings, Robert Bean and his wife, Carole of Cleona, Joyce Kelkis and her husband, Frank of York and Catherine Malstrom and her husband, Glenn of Greenbackville, VA; sister-in-law, Linda Bean of York; two step-daughters, Shelley Taylor and Carol Strausbaugh and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, James Bean. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to SPCA, 3159 N. Susquehanna Trail, York, Pa 17406.
