Patricia A. Baney

LOCK HAVEN - Patricia A. Baney, 68 of Flemington passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at Lock Haven Hospital Extended Care Unit. She was born December 20, 1941 in Lock Haven the daughter of Frank and Hazel (Wadsworth) Cycak. Patricia was married to Arthur D. "Tony" Baney who died August 24, 2003. She worked at the silk mill and for the West Company. Patricia was an avid bingo player and she enjoyed deep-sea fishing and western movies. She was a member of the 40 & 8. Surviving are one son William F. (Sharon) Smith of Flemington, one granddaughter Jennifer Smith also of Flemington and an expected great-granddaughter in September. One sister Jane (Alvie) Saxton of Lock Haven Several nieces and one nephew survive. She was preceded in death by a daughter Stephanie Powell and a sister Rose Stamm. The funeral service will be held 7:00 P.M., Saturday, June 19, 2010 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall. Friends and relatives will be received at the chapel one-hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Lock Haven Hospital Extended Care Unit (Recreation Fund) Interment will be private at Dunnstown Cemetery.
