Pamela Jo Rhoades

YORK – Pamela Jo (Warner) Rhoades, 46, passed away Friday, March 26, 2021 at York Hospital. She was the wife of Christopher J. “C.J.” Rhoades to whom she was married for 21 years. Pam was born on December 19, 1974 in Sidney, NY; a daughter of John L. and Jo Ann (Wheeler) Warner of Guilford, NY. She was a 1993 graduate of Sidney High School, a 1997 graduate of Bucknell University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science/Economics and was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority. Pam was an analyst for KellyConnect, working from home for the past eight years. Prior to that she had worked for TEK Systems in Hanover, MD as Controller and Financial Analyst for 11 years. Pam enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family and encouraging her boys in all their endeavors. She served as a Board Member for Central York Lacrosse Club and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. Pam also loved gardening, decorating and collecting antiques. In addition to her husband and parents, Pam is survived by two sons, Logan W. and Bryson W. Rhoades both at home; a brother, Craig D. and wife Tamara Warner of Owego, NY; a sister, Jennifer L. and husband Alan Scofield of Greene, NY; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A Private Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York with her Pastor, The Rev. Dr. Janyce C. Jorgensen officiating.
