Olga M. (Heatwole) Shuman

WATSONTOWN - Olga M. (Heatwole) Shuman, 91, died on Sunday, April 01, 2007 at Kramm Nursing Home, Watsontown. She was the wife of the late Malcolm D. Shuman, to who she was married to for 45 years prior to his death in 1984. Olga was born on May 17, 1915 in Staunton, Virginia, a daughter of the late Walker and Ollie (Racey) Heatwole. She was a member of the Lutheran Church, McEwensville. Olga is survived bye one son and daughter in law; Harry H. and Laurie Shuman of Watsontown, two daughters and one son in law; Luella and Robert Snyder of Bloomsburg and Loretta Merrill of Vermont, three grandsons; Dallas Shuman and his wife Alicia of Palmyra, PA, Aaron Snyder and his wife Katie of Bloomsburg and Jeffery Merrill and his wife Kelly of Vermont, one granddaughter; Amber Mausteller of Bloomsburg, four great grandchildren; Brittany Shuman of Danville, Gaige Shuman of Palmyra, PA, Aiden Snyder of Bloomsburg and Madelyn Snyder of Bloomsburg, and one sister; Mary Beaver of Bloomsburg. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. In keeping with Olga's wishes, funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Olga's memory be made to a charity of one's choice. Arrangements are by the Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front St., Milton.
