Ned L. Seitz

RED LION - Ned L. Seitz entered into rest on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at York Hospital. Born in Red Lion on October 29, 1935, he was a son of the late Stewart L. and Mary M. (Sechrist) Seitz. He was a 1953 graduate of Red Lion High School and a Veteran of the United States Army serving in Hawaii and Japan. Ned worked as a mason in his early years, then Yorktowne Kitchens, Bowen-McLaughlin and retired from Great Coastal Express. He was a lifelong member of Springvale United Methodist Church and the Hench's Lair Hunting Club in Potter County. Ned is survived by two brothers, S. Lafean Seitz, Jr. and wife Kitty and Jan L. Seitz and wife Karen of Red Lion; four nephews, Stephen L. Seitz and wife Christine, Scott A. Seitz and wife Jennifer, Chris E. Seitz and wife Kathy and Chad W. Seitz and wife Cindi; two nieces, Tara C. (Seitz) Shreiner and husband Doug and Faith E. (Seitz) Pullinger and husband Ben. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2108 at 3:00 PM in Bethlehem Stonepile Cemetery, 250 Bethlehem Church Rd., Red Lion.
