Nancy R. (Wagoner) Mcwilliams

DALLASTOWN – Nancy R. (Wagoner) McWilliams, 88, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at WellSpan York Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Merle L. McWilliams.

A Graveside Service will be held 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, 48 Muddy Creek Forks Road, Brogue, PA 17309 with Pastor Chris Starr officiating. Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.

Born February 27,1934 in Laurel, PA., Mrs. McWilliams was a daughter of the late Major Joines and Cora L. Wagoner. Mrs. McWilliams was a dedicated member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church for 61 plus years, and served as a Sunday school teacher for many years. Mrs. McWilliams was also the Co-Owner of Donut World in Red Lion for many years, before she worked at the former Hahn Mansion and The Colonial Coffee Shop.

Mrs. McWilliams is survived by a son, James A. McWilliams (Grace); a daughter, Jackie Ream (Ron); four grandchildren, Michael Wise, John Heindel, Megan McWilliams-Sheely, Jessica Easley; eight great grandchildren, Andra, Breanna, Jase, Jett, Alexis, Anthony, Mia, and Damon; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. McWilliams is preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Amspacher; three sisters; and six brothers.
