Nancy Marie Fisher

SPRINGETTSBURY TOWNSHIP- Nancy Marie (Reitz) Fisher, 76, of York, died Monday, March 23, 2009 at York Hospital. A Graveside Service will be 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2009 at Machpelah Cemetery on Bluestone Road in Yorkanna. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Fisher was born in Snydertown, PA on March 29, 1932, a daughter of the late Elwood and Isabel (Smith) Reitz. She retired from Red Lion Country Club after 30 years of service, prior to that she worked for York Dutch Restaurant and Bendix Corporation. She enjoyed crafts, collecting angles, and she cherished her grandchildren. Mrs. Fisher leaves three sons, Barry L. Fisher of Fishersville, VA, Michael G. Fisher and Donald E. Fisher both of Hellam; two daughters, Karen R. Wueschinski of Lemoyne and Diane M. Sechrist of York; 15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren, a brother, George F. Reitz of Leesburg, VA; an uncle and several nieces and nephews. A son, Bryan K. Fisher preceded her in death.
