Nancy D. (Simmons) Kite

Nancy D. (Simmons) Kite, 80, died on Monday, December 21, 2020 at York Hospital. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, December 28, 2020 at Mt. Rose Cemetery, 1502 Mt. Rose Ave., York with Pastor Tom Gilman officiating. A funeral cortege will meet at the entrance of the cemetery at 9:45 a.m. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York is in charge of arrangements. Born on February 19, 1940 in Bridgewater, VA she was a daughter of the late Wilmer and Mae (Knicley) Simmons. Nancy was a secretary at the Army Depot in New Cumberland for many years. Nancy was a member of First Assembly of God. Her worship to the Lord was most important.
