MILTON - Nancy A. Weaver, 53, of Milton and also of West Virginia, died on Tuesday, March 03, 2009 at the Kramm Healthcare Center, Milton. Nancy was born in Lewisburg on September 2, 1955 and was a daughter of Ruth (Hartranft) Weaver of Milton and of the late James K. Weaver. She was a 1973 graduate of the Milton Area High School and attended the Williamsport Area Community College in 1976 for three years for surgical technician. She was currently studying at the Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington DC. She was currently working at the Mt. Olivet Methodist Church and the Greenwood Methodist Church, both in Berkeley Springs, WV. In addition to her devotion to the lord, she enjoyed singing, crafts, cooking and baking. She was an animal lover and enjoyed her 2 dogs and 2 cats. In addition to her mother, she is survived by one brother and sister-in-law; James M. and Jane Weaver of Milton, three sisters and one brother-in-law; Sharen L. and Paul McCrea of Loxahatchee, FL, Mary Beth Weaver-Snyder and her paramour Shawn Reeder of Milton and Jennifer R. Weaver of Milton, two uncles; Tom Weaver and his wife Ellie of Milton, Bill Weaver and his wife Jennie of Milton, three aunts; Ginger Aucker and her husband Nelson of Shamokin Dam, Sara Loftus of Watsontown and Ellen Pardoe and her husband George of New Columbia, nieces and nephews; Sean C. Nixon of California, Erica B. Nixon of Florida, Daniel J. Weaver, James T. Weaver and Laura E. Snyder, all of Milton and special friends; Sandie, Carl, Lila, Mindy and Pam. There will be a public viewing 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, March 06, 2009 at the Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front St., Milton and again on Saturday, March 07, 2009 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Montandon Baptist Church, 257 Main St., Montandon with the funeral service starting at 11 a.m. The Reverend Thomas Marker and Pastor Ron Wagner will officiate the services. Burial will follow in Montandon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Nancy may be made to the Montandon Baptist Church, P.O. Box 110, Montandon, PA 17850 or to your local animal shelter.
