Nancy A. Baugher

YORK – Nancy A. Baugher, 67, passed away Monday, December 21, 2015 at York Hospital. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York with The Rev. James McClain officiating. A visitation will be held from 1-2:00 PM Saturday at the Funeral Chapel. Private burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Born August 25, 1948 in York a daughter of the late Ernest “Jiggs” and Anna B. (McInnes) Baugher, she was a 1966 graduate of William Penn Senior High School and attended York Hospital School of Nursing. Nancy was a LPN with both York and Memorial Hospitals, various nursing homes in York, and retired from Normandie Ridge. She will be remembered as a loving aunt and sister. Miss Baugher is survived by two sisters, Janice M. and husband Ronald Zeigler of Manchester and Linda J. Baugher of York; a nephew, Micah and wife Lindsay Zeigler of York; a niece, Rebecca A. Zeigler of Easton, PA; and a great niece and nephew, Gavin and Grace Zeigler. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Child Evangelism Fellowship of York, 58 Mt. Zion Rd., York, PA 17402.
