Miriam J. (Wentzel) Mahaffey

LOCK HAVEN - Miriam J. “Jean” (Wentzel) Mahaffey, 57, of Lock Haven and a former resident of DuBoistown passed away Monday, June 9, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family. She was married 26 years to Frank W. Mahaffey, Sr. who survives along with her mother Arlene Wentzel of DuBoistown, Two sons and three daughters and sixteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Two brothers and a sister also survive. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Duboistown United Methodist Church, 133 Summer Street, DuBoistown. Memorial contributions can be sent to the church. Helt Funeral Chapel, Mill Hall has charge of arrangements.
