Minnie A. (Thomas) Taylor

CAMP HILL-Minnie A. (Thomas) Taylor, 89, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at Manor Care-Camp Hill. A visitation will be held 1:00-2:00 p.m. Friday, December 4, 2009 at Beaver-Urich Funeral Home, Inc., 305 West Front Street, Lewisberry followed by a celebration of life service at 2:00 p.m, with Pastor James Ronald Smith officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Lewisberry Cemetery. Mrs. Taylor was born July 29, 1920 in York, a daughter of the late George Washington and Lucy (Lehr) Thomas. Growing up she worked on the family farm in Dillsburg, PA, and during WWII she worked at the Navel Supply Systems Command in Mechanicsburg. She attended Christian Life Assembly in Camp Hill. Mrs. Taylor is survived by a son James L. Six and wife, R. Maxine of Mechanicsburg; two grandsons, James L. II, and Scott A. Six; three great grandchildren, Stefan A. and Dalton D. Six, and Brittany R. Hartman; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Janet A. Six; seven brothers; and one sister.
