Mildred V. (Ehrhart) Fake

YORKANA- Mildred V. (Ehrhart) Fake, 86, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at Manor Care Health Services, South with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Leon D. Fake, who passed away on August 17, 1994. The couple had been married for almost 30 years. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion with the Reverend James E. Winter, Sr. officiating. A visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. prior to the service. Born on September 22, 1926 in Potosi, she was a daughter of the late Wilmer R. and Beatryce (Lloyd) Ehrhart. Mildred attended Dallastown School District and was a member of the class of 1944. She worked in the finishing department for over 37 years at Perform Group, LLC until her retirement in 2013. She was also employed by Donna Lee Sportswear and Stauffer Biscuit Company. Mrs. Fake was an avid Hershey Bears fan, loved going out to eat and enjoyed traveling to Ocean City, MD. Mrs. Fake is survived by one son, Stacey Fake and his wife, Michele of Dover; one sister, Delores M. “Toot” Slenker of Dallastown; 14 nieces and nephews; and her three golden retriever granddogs, Cherokee, Riley and Ginger. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Raymond L. Ehrhart, Richard G. Ehrhart, Gerald W. Ehrhart, Dale L. Ehrhart and Galen L. Ehrhart; two sisters, Marion Ehrhart and Gladys E. Ehrhart; and five nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a grand nephew, Zac Sweitzer.
