Mildred L. (Kleinard) Gise

SPRING GROVE- Mildred L. (Kleinard) Gise, 87, died Friday, February 22, 2008 at Denver Nursing Center in Lancaster County. She was the wife of the late Richard S. Gise. A Celebration of Life Service will be 10 a.m. on Tuesday at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York, with a viewing from 9-10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Paul's (Wolf's) Union Cemetery in York. Mrs. Gise was born in West Manchester Twp. on February 18, 1921, a daughter of the late Luther and Ada (Lecrone) Kleinard. Mrs. Gise was a member of St. Paul's Wolf's Evangelical Covenant Church in York. She enjoyed sewing and she did volunteer sewing at York Hospital. Mrs. Gise leaves a daughter -in-law, Linda L. Barlok and her husband Andrew of Denver, PA, three grandchildren: Donald R. Gise, II, Tracy Barlok and Mark Barlok, and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Donald R. Gise.
