Michelle L. Berninger

WILLIAMSPORT - Michelle L. Berninger, 39, died on Thursday, November 29, 2007 at the GateHouse. Michelle was born on August 17, 1968 in Williamsport and was a daughter of Virginia A. (Lose) Berninger of Williamsport and of the late Richard E. Berninger. She was a graduate of Williamsport Area High School Class of 1989 and was employed by Hope Enterprise. In addition to her mother, Virginia, Michelle is survived by four brothers; Steven D. Berninger and his wife Lori of Dutch Harbor, Alaska, James S. Berninger and his wife Kristina of His Spire, PA, Matthew P. Berninger and his wife Tammy of Jersey Shore and Andrew L. Berninger and his wife Betsy of Loganton, one sister; Sherie D. Berninger of Williamsport, two half brothers; Richard E. Berninger of Missouri and Anthony M. Berninger of Williamsport. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one brother; Mark E. Berninger. A memorial service will be held 7:00 p.m. Monday, December 3, 2007 at the Allen & Redmond Funeral Home, 331 Elmira St., Williamsport. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Michelle to the GateHouse Hospice, 1100 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701.
