Michelle E. "Mick" (Glatfelter) Geisinger

Red Lion—Michelle E. “Mick” (Glatfelter) Geisinger, 55, passed away November 15, 2016 at York Hospital. A Celebration of Life Service will be 3PM, Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion with her pastor, the Rev. Tina Minnich officiating. A visitation will be held from 2-3PM, Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Born October 2, 1961 in York, she was a daughter of Linda K. (Harbold) Klinedinst of Dallastown and Kenneth L. Glatfelter of Wellsboro. She was employed with York (USA) Unified Soccer Assoc., as League Administrator and Games Commissioner for the past 20 years. A member of Salem Lutheran Church in Jacobus and the Dallastown American Legion Women’s Auxiliary, she also enjoyed cooking, gardening, animals and family vacations. More than anything she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Michelle is survived by three children, Derek J. Geisinger and his wife, Jessica of Downingtown, Kelsey A. Geisinger and Mark Tucker of Red Lion and Kurtis E. Geisinger of York; four grandchildren, Thatcher, Adelina, Samuel and Paxton; two sisters, Amy Glatfelter of York and Andrea Fisher and husband, Bryan of Dallastown; partner, Craig Bennett of Parkton, MD, former husband, Karl Geisinger of Dallastown, nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Max.
