Michael R. Ritter

ETTERS – Michael R. Ritter, 52, of Etters, PA passed away unexpectedly in his home on Sunday, August 22, 2021. He was born December 7, 1968 in Harrisburg, PA to Robert and Sue (Romberger) Ritter. He retired from his 20-year career as a truck driver on Thursday, August 19, 2021. Michael was a very intelligent, hard-working man who loved his family and did everything he could to provide a good life for them. He was known for being upbeat, funny, kind, witty and could make you laugh on your worst day. Surviving are Michael’s wife, Jeannette L. Ritter with whom he shared a loving 21 year relationship; father and stepmother, Robert and Barbara Ritter of Williston, FL; mother, Sue (Romberger) Ritter of New Cumberland, PA; two children, Jason Ritter of Clearfield, PA and Margaret Knepp of Clearfield, PA; father and mother in law, James and Linda Keast of Mechanicsburg, PA; brother and sister in law, Gerald and Pauleena Sawyer of Etters, PA; two nieces, Savannah Keast and Rosemary Sawyer of Etters, PA. Michael is also survived by so many friends that he considered family.
