Michael J. Barbusca

STEWARTSTOWN- Michael J. Barbusca, 82, died on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at his daughter’s residence. He was the husband of Helen H. (Crisp) Barbusca. The couple had been together for over 37 years. Born on December 28, 1930 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Joseph and Lucy (Titoro) Barbusca. Michael was a Hair Technician for Cosmair, Inc. for over 35 years until his retirement. Mr. Barbusca served our country for two years in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He enjoyed dancing, music and watching western movies. Michael loved life and had a wonderful sense of humor. Most importantly, he was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Along with his wife, Helen, Michael is survived by three sons, Michael Barbusca, Jr. and his wife, Rebecca of Scaggsville, MD, Troy Barbusca and his wife, Whitney of Lancaster and Kenneth Barbusca and his wife, Jennifer of Lancaster; three daughters, Mary Sholly and her husband, Richard of Hopewell, Susan Schaffner and her husband, Stanley of Etters and Toby Wagner of Leola; 14 grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. Beaver-Urich Funeral Home, 305 W. Front St., Lewisberry is in charge of arrangements.
