Mary L. (Shue) Potts

YORK – Mary L. (Shue) Potts, 68, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2015. She was the wife of the late Gary N. Potts. Funeral services and burial will be private. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York is in charge of arrangements. Born September 9, 1947 in York a daughter of the late Marie J. (Phillips) Miller and William C. Shue, she was a 1965 graduate of William Penn Senior High School. Mary retired as assistant manager of Sheetz in Red Lion. She loved to read, complete crosswords, and crochet blankets for her family. Mrs. Potts is survived by a grandson, Jared R. Manton Nalbandian; four sisters, Deborah Roach of Dover, Diane Shillott, Bonnie Y. Hoffman, and Kimberly A. Rudisill all of York; two brothers, William C. Shue and Robert E. Shue both of York; a son in law, Brent and wife Melody Nalbandian of York; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Potts was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra K. (Manton) Nalbandian; a brother, Archie K. Miller, Jr.; and stepfather, Archie K.
