RED LION- Mary J. (Wantz) Grim, 73, died on Monday, October 30, 2017 at York Hospital. She was the wife of George M. Grim. The couple wed on October 5, 1963. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 3, 2017 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion with Pastor David Krape officiating. A viewing will be from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Red Lion Cemetery. Born on October 2, 1944 in Lancaster, Mary was a daughter of the late Robert V. and Anna P. (Markey) Wantz. Mrs. Grim was a homemaker. Mrs. Grim was a member of Yorkana Church of the Brethren. She was also a member of the NRA. Most importantly, Mary was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Along with her husband, George, Mary is survived by two daughters, Debra Koontz and companion, John Young of Red Lion and Connie Crowl and husband, Robin E. of Red Lion; five grandchildren, Justin and companion, Brianna, Jackie and husband, Jason, Cory and companion, Betty, Ryan and Amanda; five great grandchildren, Lily, Hunter, Sophia, Leana and Jayden; and her identical twin sister, Martha Keeny and husband, Gerald C. of Winterstown. She was preceded in death by one sister, Ruth Dougherty; and two brothers, Robert Wantz, Jr. and Marlin Wantz.
