WELLSBURG - Mary E. Hanrahan, Age 91, formerly of Berwick Turnpike, Bentley Creek, PA passed away Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the Bradford County Manor, West Burlington, PA. Mary was born July 18, 1920 in Michigan daughter of the late Eugene and Lena (Nichols) Fagan. She was retired from Sylvania in Towanda, PA where she worked in the Wire Drawing Department. Her memberships included St. Ann’s Catholic Church and Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and she was a lifetime member of the Ridgebury Sportsman Club. Mary enjoyed ceramics, bowling, playing cards and most of all time spent with her loving family. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Daniel & Constance Hanrahan of Gillett, PA, a daughter and son-in-law, Mary & James Wood, fifteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, several nieces, nephews and friends. Mary was predeceased by her parents a brother Joseph Fagan, sister Alice Sabin and her daughter Patricia Neely. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Friday, January 27, 2012 at 12 Noon at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Ridgebury Township, PA with Reverend Andrew Hvovdovic as Celebrant. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery following the Funeral Mass. Memorials in Mary’s memory may be made to the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Fund, 304 S. Elmer Ave. Sayre, PA 18848.
