Mary (Busko) Kopey

LOGANVILLE- Mary Kopey went to be with the Lord on February 10, 2013 at the age of 94. She was the wife of the late Theodore Kopey, Sr. and was born in Frackville, PA to the late Maria and Nikolas Busko. Mary was a member of Saint John Chrysostom Orthodox Church in York. She was also a past Matron of the Order of The Eastern Star and locally she sang with the Equine Meadows Choir in Red Lion. She is survived by her son, Theodore and his wife Barbara, and her son Richard and his wife Debra. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Daniel Adam Kopey and Lara Grace Kopey. Memorial contributions may be made to Saint John Chrysostom Orthodox Church York, PA 17404 or American Heart Association- York County Division, 610 Community Way, Lancaster, PA 17603. An Orthodox service will be held at Noon on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel& Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, with a viewing from 11-noon. Burial will be private at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
