Martha (Mccauley) Hiner

WINDSOR- Martha (McCauley) Hiner, 92, died on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Carl V. Hiner. The couple had been married for 56 years. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, December 4, 2015 at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens, 250 Chestnut Hill Rd., York with the Reverend Anthony Zumbo officiating. Born on January 21, 1923 in Waynesboro, VA, she was a daughter of the late Minor and Rosie McCauley. Martha was a bus driver for Dallastown School District. Mrs. Hiner was a life member of VVNW Post #35 and life member of the Red Lion VFW Post #1446 Ladies Auxiliary. Along with her husband, Carl, Martha is survived by one brother, James McCauley of York.
