DOVER - Marlin R. Weary, III, 45 of York died Monday, July 23, 2007. He was the husband of Deborah A. [Sullivan] Weary with whom he celebrated 27 years of marriage on May 31, 2007. Tribute services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, July 26, 2007 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York with Rev. Brian K. Rice officiating. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be from 9-10:00 AM Thursday at the Funeral Home. Born October 5, 1961 in Mechanicsburg, a son of Margaret A. [Fulton] Weary of Dover and Marlin R. Weary, Jr. of York, he was a 1979 graduate of Northeastern High School. Marlin and his wife owned and operated Jim and Nena's Pizzeria in downtown York for the last 25 years. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed riding everything from his Harley Davidson to his dirt bikes. In addition to his wife and parents, Marlin is survived by a daughter, Jodi M. Weary at home; a son, Brandon R. Weary at home; a brother, Michael W. and wife Salinda Weary of Dover; two sisters, Kelly A. Moore and Vicki L. and husband Lynn Russell both of Mechanicsburg; and his in-laws, Howard and Patricia Kelly of Dover. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society, 2040 Linglestown Rd., Suite 104, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
