Mark E. Schlaline

NEW FREEDOM - Mark E. Schlaline, 69, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at York South Nursing and Rehab. 

A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 PM on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. Prior to the service there will be a visitation from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. 

Born June 28, 1955 in York, Mark was a son of the late Robert C. and June D. (Gettle) Schlaline. Mark was a graduate of Susquehannock High School, and spent his free time hunting, fishing, or working on anything mechanical. Mark retired in 2020 from Crescent Industries.

 Mark is survived by his siblings, Pete Schlaline and his wife Beth of Stewartstown, and Paula Hufnagel of Glen Rock; and two sisters in laws, Julie Schlaline of Stewartstown, and Joanie Schlaline of Freeland, MD. In addition to his parents, Mark is preceded in death by two brothers, Andrew L. Schlaline, and Robert C. Schlaline, Jr.
