Marjorie L. Neff

RENOVO - Marjorie L. Neff, age 73, died at Susque-View Home on Sat. April 24, 2010. She was born in Clinton County, Pa. on November 18, 1936, a daughter of the late John Sr. and Myrtle (Rhine) Garbrick. She was an accomplished homemaker, an excellent cook, loved gardening and feeding the humming birds, and enjoyed family time especially with her grandchildren and the family dog. Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Harry E. Neff, in 2005 and a brother: William. Marjorie is survived by her sons: Brian (Cindy) Neff of Mill Hall, Rick (Elaine) Neff and Jerry (Sue) White both of Binghamton, N.Y. and Greg (Kathy) Neff of Bloomsburg, daughter: Linda (Terry) Marshall of Houston, Texas, 12 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren. Also surviving are brothers: Richard Garbrick of Mill Hall, John Garbrick Jr. of Lamar, Lewie Garbrick of Kentucky, Edward L. Garbrick of Binghamton, N.Y., Franklin Garbrick of California, sisters: Joan Trenkle of Florida and Jean Eschenbach of Renovo, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Maxwell Funeral Home, 205 Fifth St. Renovo at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 28, 2010 with Rev. Mahlon Nevel officiating. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials are requested to the Gatehouse Hospice at Divine Providence Hospital, Williamsport, Pa.
