Marilyn Marie (Sell) Galatic

YORKVILLE, IL - Marilyn Marie [Sell] Galatic, 58, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2007 at her residence. She was the wife of William M. Galatic with whom she was married for 33 years on July 14, 2006. A celebration of life service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, May 12, 2007 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York. Viewings will be from 4-8:00 PM Thursday, May 10, 2007 and from 9-10:00 AM Saturday at the Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery. Born March 5, 1949 in Cleveland, OH a daughter of the late Theodore William and Elmyra O. [Feazel] Sell, she was a second grade teacher at Lincoln Elementary School in Plainfield, IL. Marilyn enjoyed being outdoors, gardening, golfing, camping, hiking, and swimming. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt who will be deeply missed by her family and friends. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Galatic is survived by two daughters, Heather M. and husband Jason VonStein of York, Pamela S. Galatic and her fianc裠Chuong Le of York; two grandchildren, Stefanie and Ethan VonStein of York; a brother, Albert and wife Rene Sell of Chagrin Falls, OH; two sisters, Elaine and husband Ronald Jackson of Indianapolis, IN and Nancy Reinholz of Mentor on the Lake, OH; and nine nieces and nephews.
