Marilyn C. (Simonton) Gill

SCRANTON-Marilyn C. Simonton Gill, 63, of Scranton died Thursday, May 17, 2007 at Allied Skilled Nursing Center where she resided. Born in Knoxville, TN on August 8, 1943, she was the daughter of the late William and Rementa Nina (Branner) Simonton. She was employed by the New Jersey State Housing Authority prior to retirement. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherri Gill in 2007. She is survived by grandsons, Paris and Micheal Gill, Exeter; 3 great grandchildren; brothers, Donald and Gary Simonton, TN, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Memorial services will be held Thursday at 11AM at Allisay Ministries, Ash Street, Dunmore with Pastor Michelle Bennett officiating.
