Marikaye (Fisher) Snyder

NEW COLUMBIA - Marikaye (Fisher) Snyder, 51, died unexpectedly on Monday, September 18, 2017 at her home. She was born on October 20 1965 in Lewisburg and was the daughter of Frederick L. and Sharon K. (Keiser), who both survive. She was a graduate of Lewisburg High School Class of 1983. Marikaye was employed at F.C.I. Allenwood for 20 years as a cook supervisor. Marikaye was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, West Milton. She enjoyed watching humming birds and football games but most of all her granddaughter Pyzlee was her pride and joy. In addition to her parents, Marikaye is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law; Nathan and Mary Snyder of San Angelo, TX and Zane Snyder of Dallas, PA, one granddaughter; Pyzlee Snyder, two brothers and sisters-in-law; Earl and Terri Fisher of West Milton and Robb and Deborah Fisher of Snydertown, her companion of many years; Keith Gross of New Columbia, three nephews; Joshua, Kyle and Cody Fisher, one step nephew and his wife; David and Stephanie Mull and one step great niece; Adily Mull. Marikaye was preceded in death by one grandson; Rylee Snyder and one brother; Rick Fisher. Private graveside services for Marikaye will be held in Highland Cemetery, New Columbia at a later date at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by Dale Ranck Cremation & Funeral Care, 125 N. Front Street, Milton.
