Marie (Mosley) Tyson

RED LION- Marie (Mosley) Tyson, 69, of North Hopewell Township, died Friday, August 19, 2011 at Manor Care Health Services South in York. She was the wife of Larry E. Tyson. The couple celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary on April 21st. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, with a viewing from 1-2 p.m. Certified Celebrant Betty Frey will be officiating at the service. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Tyson was born in Bakersville, NC on May 18, 1942, a daughter of the late Ben and Cora (Yelton) Mosley. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Tyson leaves two daughters, Tina M. Millar and her husband Scott T. of Red Lion and Amanda J. Chetaitis and her husband Matthew of Manchester; a granddaughter, Alicia Nichole Tyson; a sister, Gladys Iden of Dallastown; a sister-in-Law, Ruth Ann Mosley and numerous nieces and nephews.
